Just graduated highscool (yay me). Currently own a 2006 Ford Fusion SEL and I am looking for a reliable car that I can have fun in.
I'm 18 years old and live in Atlanta.
The car I'm interested in.
I was originally looking at a 2005 Mazda RX-8 then decided it was not reliable enough since the apex seals usually don't last past 80,000 miles. This drove me away from the car due to me only making about $200 a week at my current job. I decided to get a Honda S2000 or (oh god I'm about to say this on a Honda site) Mazda Speed MX-5. What really made me choose the Honda was the reliability and this YouTube Video. The car I'm currently looking at can be found here. The Carfac report can be found here. My biggest inquiry was on the car fax report.

• 1. Do I need to be worried about the car being exempt from multiple emission inspections?
• 2. The 7/11/12 report. "Title issued or updated
  Registration issued or renewed
  Title or registration issued
  Loan or lien reported
  Exempt from odometer reporting
  Registration updated when owner moved
  the vehicle to a new location
  Vehicle color noted as Silver"
• 3. It was in an accident.

The car looks clean I have not gone yet to see it in person but plan on it and also plan on getting it inspected. What's some advice you can share with me?
