Default Picked up an 06

I picked my new 06 up about a week ago. What a great car!!!

The only mod sofar was to disable the day time running lights. Safer or not I hate those things.

There will be many mods to come though....

Anyways...I just wanted to say hi and get my first post outa the way.

Welcome. I'll own one when the dealers comply with my demands..
How much did you end up getting it for?

Fuse #14 under the dash is for the DTR lights only. I tested the highbeems and everything is working just fine.

Wonderful. Looks like the great deals are up in northern CA.
(I thought Brentwood was in LA?? )

I can't get over that -- less than 30K for an 06! Winter must be looking tough for the northern CA Honda dealers!

Oh, and whats up with the directions in the owners manual for getting to the fuse box? It said to twist the knob and take the cover off under the steering wheel. I twisted and nothing happened. I then pulled half the dash trim piece off before I thought to look behind it with a flashlight. Its not even under that panel. Its way up behind it!

My thinking is that maybe it was under there last year and they didn't change that part of the manual??? not sure....
