After wanting a S2000 for many years, I finally gave in and pulled the trigger. Well lets say that Honda pulled the trigger for me when I was reading in my latest R&T mag stating that Honda would stop production of the S2000 in 09. Well I picked up an S2k late yesterday after 10 days of intense search. Yep!! I found a 08 S2k with 196 miles on the clock after test drive 208 for $26500 +TTL. It was raining when I picked it up, but it did clear up nicely so I could ride with the top down for a little bit.

but the real questions are... Did you find the secret compartment?

Did you figure out how to pop your gas tank?

 

I am not sure on the secret compartment, however it was pretty dum of me to show up to the gas station and not know where the release knob for the gas lid was. Figured it out after a quick review of the the car manual. Is the secret compartment between the seats?

 

between the seats the top part of the console opens too not just the part with the lock on it.

Welcome! I just picked up an '08 as well a month ago--didn't get the deal you got though! Paid $29k w/ delivery miles on it. I thought that was a good deal at the time being almost $3k under invoice, but maybe not!

 

im a new owner as well, well to the site i guess got an 08 in may of 08 and love it, i've wanted one since the fast and the furious movie,lol
