I think it is folded weird, it just doesn't look right sometimes, like it could go down more.

That's normal behavior when the weather is a little chilly. Shouldn't happen if the temp is warm, though. If it is, it might be a sign that one of the springs isn't pulling right.

There's some sort of spring (or elastic -- I thought it was a spring) that pulls one of the support rods when the roof is opened...
