Default s2000 in 2007

I was at a Honda dealer today. I've been looking to buy a Suzuka Blue S2000, and the salesman told me that 2006 was the last year for the S2000. Has anyone else heard this rumor? I think he was telling me a little lie to try to get me to buy today?

Thanks,

Joey B.

Thats the line they use buying a new car.
When you buy second hand they always mention "someone else is looking at it too, he might come in later today".

Next thing they do is go for a testdrive.

Then your hooked!

So beware!

Run like hell. Better yet, offer 27.5K for a new car, get the foolish dealer pissed off, and then laugh at his ignorance. He doesn't deserve your business giving you a line like that.

FYI, it's crap. The fact is no one has any information about 2007 at this point. The only thing that I think might be likely is some color changes. Who knows?

Thanks for the responses. I was pretty sure that he was full of it. They won't be getting my business.

Or they give you both. I heard: " This car is only going to be made for two years... I have a few other people looking to buy this car."
