Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the S2000, but My brother has a 2006 'stang GT that I need to keep up with.
Sorry, but I'd buy a Kia Rio before getting a "stang", or any American vehicle for that matter.

Get the evo. Best bang for your buck.

Yeah, I am kinda different in the opinion of cars section with my bro. He loves muscle and doesnt really like imports. I roll around with him and his friends on friday nights, so I would like something that can keep up with them. That's my dilemma

If you want the best power bang for your buck, you don't want an S2000, you want a GTO. If you want an import, you're probably better off with a 350Z or Evo.

It sounds like everyone has pretty much answered your question in regards to the S2k.

Stock power- not S2k
Best bang for $$$- not S2k

IMHO, the S2000 is just in a different class than the EVO and STI. I don't know why people continue to compare them. S2k is a different type of car for a different type of driver.

Good luck with your search.

Yeah, the same exact kind of driver that drives Miatas... Rich, snobby old men and women. Perfectly good waist of nice roadsters.
