First off wanted to let you all know that i've been trolling s2ki for a year or so and have to say that i've been def impressed by all the content available, w/o all the bs normally found elsewhere. My uncle has a 03 s2 and is going to be looking to start moding it. He used to be big w/ autoxing his bmw's (2002's and e30 m3's), basically he's looking to give it a once over, lightly hitting the suspension and engine. I'll be picking the car up in a month or so to start installing mods. As of now car is stock w/ a k&n drop in. I'm more or less being given a credit card and a to do what i want w/ it. On to some actuall ?s

Thinking exhaust wise of megan header & test pipe w/ invidia duals.
1. Is the megan header as prone to cracking as it's price tells it would?

Suspension wise, h&r springs, Cusco sb front and rear, Cusco x brace, cusco rear strut bar.
Is anyone getting any undue knocking and or sounds coming out of bushings or such? Or anyones opinions suspension wise as basically i don't know shi% about jdm (roommate at wyotech had a lightly modded s2, thats bout it.) All i know is european tuners.
