Soon to purchase an 03 GPW/Tan 47K mileage for 20,000 walk-out plus 100,000 powertrain warranty. Car has had only one owner. I was wondering if you guys thought this was a good purchase? Oh and also i was wondering what kinda figures should i be looking at for insurance? I'm 24 no accidents ever, 1 speeding ticket at 19. Thanks

 

That price is fair i mean is the car stock? I just got my NFR 02 for 19k with 29k miles and 100k warranty plus 05 wheels, front lip and, Elisper springs. I would wait a little winter time is a good time to buy an S2k and, as far as insurance is concerned i guess it depends where you live? i got a quote of 150 a month for full coverage with 250 deductables. I am 22 with a couple tickets but over 2 years ago so idk about your price but do some quick quotes to get an idea good luck bro peace.

 

Wow that's a heck of a deal~~~. MmMm.... i personally don't like the idea that the car has that much mileage. I know for fact since the General manager is the one that's cutting me a deal that the car was owned be an elderly couple. The car is bone stock. Exterior/Interior is really nice. No accidents or anything. Also insurance... that's about what i got quoted as well =/

just fyi, if it helps at all, i just bought (last weekend) a 2002 s2000 in blue with a hard top/stock/with only 11k miles for 19500. car is in brand new condition and i couldnt be happier. good luck with yours

 

Yes white is indeed rare..... They're inspecting,compression testing and other stuff right now. I have a question. What's all included in the powertrain warranty?
