Default s2k in Spring/Summer

Hi there,

Let me introduce my self, I'm Tom, 28yr male living in Warrington, UK.
After owning several Hondas (2 crxs, 2 Preludes, 1 Beat, 1 Jazz) I cam to the conclusion:
I need an s2k.
Since it came out in 1999 I was always attracted by the S but either it seemed to small or
I couldn't afford it.
After having a Honda Beat for a year I realised how much fun an RWD convertible is. Even if
it was only a 660cc 60bhp toy the handling and cornering was excellent and ever since that period I NEED to get an s2k.

I'm in love with the nurburgring blue ones but as far as I know that colour came in 2003 and I might not be able to afford a post 2001 one (don't want to get a loan).

I'm also looking for someone in the area (Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire) who would be kind enough to take me for a spin in their S. Main reason is that I'd like to see how big is it inside and how comfortable the ride is. Why dream about a car that doesn't suit you in the end. So i'd like to make sure it's the right car for me.

If so then I'll buy one in the Spring or summer. Can't wait really.

Hope to be a proud owner soon.
Cheers,
Tom

Welcome aboard Tom!! Ask if you can get a ride in your local forum. I'm sure that someone would be willing to give you a ride. Good luck on your S2000 purchase!

Nurburgring blue came out in 2002 as far as I know. If you buy one you really should do some research and be patient. Some deals are incredible that come up, and they don't last long. I don't know how much used S2000's go for over there, but I'm sure an AP1 wouldn't be too much money. Definitely buy one though, they're worth every penny. Good luck.
