bought an 04 back in january at an auction, everything was perfect except the rear tires were pretty much bald. on the way home i tried to go slow but i couldnt help myself and just kept amping it up until around a tight corner (live on windy roads) i hit some sand and slid out pretty good and my knee jerk reaction was to hit the brakes (fwd tendencies) which i immediately knew was exactly what i didnt want to do, hit the gas, slid out the other direction, hit a curb and dropped about 30 feet down a hill. luckily i was caught perfectly in a huge bush that was between two trees, the trees held the bush in place and cushioned my fall to a stop before i hit bottom. came out with a scraped front bumper, a slightly bent front right rim, and a small crease in the bottom of my rear bumper from when the tow truck lifted it out (no eyelet). all in all, not too bad considering what i did. but on my first day none the less. good times.
