So I've purchased my 2001 s2000 in mid-June from a guy on the forums. This was his autox and track toy for 7 years. In fact, 25k miles in his ownership (I bought it at 157k)
I've always wanted a s2000 and when I saw this for sale I immediately jumped on it. The price was decent for the area I live in and the condition wasn't too bad. It has the general bolt-ons (HKS single, Invidia Header, K&N Intake, Berk TP & VAFC tune) which gives the car a slightly better personality. The suspension is back to stock, excluding the custom Delrin bushings.
Here are some pictures!
Start of classes
Went to an open drift day with some drift buddies.
I'm leaning on a red wrap next year, however, I love the red on black look.
The car came with the regular AP1 wheels so I was looking into different size wheels that wouldn't require much to make work. The AP2v1 wheels looked great and fit perfect so I decided to go with them.

For that drift day, I ran my spare set of all season AP1 wheels in the rear with my normal AP2 wheels in the front. Drifting wasn't the easiest in this car which led to multiple spinouts. VTEC at the time was still set to its standard 6k rpm so I was never really in the powerband (small track, kept it in 2nd).
