Yes! I was just being sarcastic with the comment. No disrespect for Subies

@bumblebee01 thanks!
@dfvs2k I thought it was funny. I have been hanging out with some EVO guys lately, and the scalding comments never stop. Me, I've got thick skin, so it doesn't matter.

Random bit: been dreaming/thinking about an inline six cast iron block swap in. The thought makes me drool some.

In other news, my engine should be ready for pickup this weekend! Then I can start making small tweaks and maybe tuning out the S2K. I think one of the first things I'll do is ground the heads.

In a way, yes. I started building the STi before I had the s2k. The s2k will most likely be the autox car for now atleast. Neither one is really a beater, but the NA s2k engine should be able to tolerate more miles before dying.

After the following parts are replaced because of normal wear and tear, I'll be starting a for sale thread and putting her up for $18k firm.

Spec Clutch & Fidanza lightweight Flywheel
Stoptech Pads, Stoptech rotors, Goodrich stainless steel lines, superblue brake fluid

Debating on selling the greddy catback seperately. I it picked up locally from a guy getting out of the Army and he sold it to me for a pretty decent price IMO. It has never been installed on the car, the only things aftermarket are the speakers and the K&N air filter.

61k miles on her right now, every 3k or less change with mobile1 synthetic 5w30 except for one time when I tried AMSOIL. I didn't like the way that she started sounding at 2500 miles on the 5w30 AMSOIL, so it's been back to mobile1 since. The top will need replacing and she does have some highway rock chips and a couple dings. I have the Honda car cover for her and the owners manual.

Feel free to ask any questions. I'm in no rush to sell, just sticking out the feelers for now. Worst case is that people won't buy her for what I'm asking and then I have to keep her. Darn.

Thanks brother, they're both fun cars. At this point I've got a lot at stake in the STi with some serious things coming along. Hoping that I can reduce overhead costs by dropping the s2k
