User Control Panel > Your Profile > Edit Your Details > Additional Information > State or Province

 

Yup keep looking. The right car will pop up and it will happen. I have encountered this odd situation where people aren't willing to do the simplest of things to sell the item they are trying (allegedly) to sell. Super annoying. It is why I hate craigslist and many sites like it because it always feels like you have to go out of your way to buy something from someone.
