Will have my dream car in about a week...
I've been visiting these forums for a few years now, soaking up as much knowledge as I could about the S2K. I became enamoured with the car the moment I first saw one in 1999 (senior year high school) when my buddy was a car porter at a local Honda dealership. "Man, some day, I don't know when, I'm gonna own one of these things," I remember telling him.
Well, after saving money for quite a while (you need to on a teacher's salary LOL) I am in a position to purchase my first 'nice' car at 29. It's a Berlina 03 w/16,000 miles in perfect condition. The reason for purchasing at this point is somewhat personal and I don't want to go into details but it's a bittersweet moment and I will take very good care of the car. I've an AP1 before and I'm very excited to be able to drive one now whenever I want. I'll update w/pictues after I pick it up.
