Will have my dream car in about a week...
Well, the car is home safe and sound. I took my time driving her home and after about 60 minutes I think I've got a pretty good 'feel' for it. Going from a Ford Explorer to the S was a bit of an adjustment! It is an absolute blast to drive, I can't imagine how much more fun it'll be once the weather warms up and I can drop the top. I stopped for gas on the way home (yes I rembered to put 93 in) and both attendants were outside looking at the car and then started asking me a bunch of questions about it. "What kind of car is that my friend?" "Oh, its just a little Honda," I said sheepishly
. I can't believe how many people stare at you whilst driving it. I'm not used to so much attention from a car it's kind of funny but I think I could get used to it
.
When I got home I showed to to my fiance. She is more of an 'American Muscle' fan and has owned a Firebird but once she got behind the wheel of the S and took it for a spin around town she is absolutely sold. I'm afraid she might need her own as I think she's 'plotting' to borrow it next weekend.
