Everyone knows that the MY'00 would have been the best year (original design) except for a few glitches, ie. leaking A/C, bad spark plugs, etc. That means that the MY '01 is the closest thing to the original design yet has all the bugs worked out.

Plus, the MY '01 GPW, the most sought after color, has the red/black interior, the most sought after interior color.

The '01 GPW Red/Black is a winner all 'round!

(Especially with smoked side lights, AUSs2000 leather console, Rick's "S" badges, custom rear speakers and Injen CAI)

 

I own a 2000, but there's nothing like the new car smell!!

Man, I sure love the laguna blue!

I like MY02...I traded MY00 for many reasons, one being the glass rear window and the color

 

Thanks - and yes, the new Laguna Blue is really what put us over the edge to make the trade. Much as I liked the GP White - the blue just seems to add a whole new dimension to the S!

I love my 01, Its great except for that plastic rear window.If you can get an 02 you will have the glass rear window which is much better imo.I work at a honda dealer and get to drive/work on all of them.They are all fantastic cars that have strong points and weak points alike.If you get any year i doubt you will be sorry.
