Default Comptech Supercharger After-Cooled

Hello everyone!
I just ordered a comptech supercharger with after-cooled package. I was thinking of installing myself and wondering if anyone have experienced in installing them before and if so maybe if you could give me a hand?? The supercharger should be here sometime the week of Sept 14 and will be installing on the weekends Sept 19/20. If anyone can help please let me know...will provide beers and foods!! Everyone can come and have too even if you don't know how...we can talk trash!

BTW..I asked Stage 6 and they wanted 650..i think is reasonable but just wanted to have my hands dirty...at least I learn about the stuff after sweating out!!

I installed my vortech myself. it's a lot of work, I enjoyed it.

make sure you go through the parts list long before you work on the car, missing parts when you are in the middle is a pita.

Read the install manual a few times and get comfortable with the process. follow the instructions to the letter and you should be fine.

if you bought a used one, you might want to send the blower in and have it serviced or at least checked out..
Mine came out within 200 miles of installing it (used) and my car was down for a month as a result

hope that helps

Mitch
