I won't be going but I hear it's fun as they open the skid pad. Great way to learn car control especially for you crazy s2000 drivers.
First Coast BMW Safety School
Saturday February 22nd, 2014 from 8am - 4pm
Rain or Shine
Welcome to the registration page for the Safety School. We appreciate your interest in the event and want to see you there.
This event is open to all makes and models of vehicles. This is NOT a BMW only event. SUV's, Van's, Station Wagon's are all welcome. Vehicles are NOT provided. You must bring your own car.
Here are some of the events you can expect to be a part of.
• Skid Pad
• Accident Avoidance
• Slalom
• Parking and Reverse Exercises
• Classroom Instruction
All of the events are done in a safe and controlled manner. We offer in car instruction for many of the activities and welcome persons of any skill level.
If you are a driver under age 18, print off the underage waiver located on our website www.FirstCoastBMW.org under the Forms and have a parent or guardian sign it and get it notarized.
If you are a driver of age 15 1/2 with a valid learners permit please print off the underage waiver located on our website www.FirstCoastBMW.org under the Forms Tab and have a parent or guardian sign it. Parents are required to stay with students who do not have a full drivers license ( i.e.: Learners Permit ).
We welcome parents to attend the event with their children and can sit in the rear of the car and observe.
• Closed toe shoes (i.e.: sneakers) are required, NO Flip Flop's.
• Registration cost: $50.00 dollars per student
