Yeah, that sucked. I got the info off of their site, I guess they suck at updating their site.

Sorry about that.

They had crazy deals on all kinds of AR-15s, which one did you pick up?

I ended up getting a Springfield 1911AI GI, I can't decide whether I'll leave it in my house or carry it, it's fairly compact for a full-size .45 ACP.

stag flattop with detachable handle, I have a BCM bolt carrier group waiting at the house for it.., and ofcourse the 30 rnd magazine for the glock heheheh.

1911 are always nice to shoot, Im not sure if I'll carry one though, the trigger is usually on the light side

Nice weapons, sound like fun, hehe.

I haven't really gotten to test out the 1911 yet, but when I can finally pick it up I'll definately check out the trigger. I got it at the Shooters table, so it was well-priced, but I was kind of hurried through with the purchase. In their defense, their table was packed all day, probably b/c they had some pretty sweet prices on some of their stuff.

Now I just need to drop another $300 on break-in ammo and I'm set!

What brand 1911 did you pick up? I have a couple in my collection (Kimber and Rock River Arms) for target shooting. With a custom barrel and trigger job, those things are amazingly accurate.

I saw some .380 ACP FMJ and hollow points at the Walmart last week. Maybe give them a visit.
