All went well.
The autox was fun as normal. Beat up on a bunch of vettes.
John (ComposiMo), Kenny and I were faster than any non-vette out there. And faster than all the vettes on street tires.
Autox was over at 2pm...gotta love Vette club events. 10 runs...no working...done by 2pm. Definitely my favorite events.
By complete random accident...on the way to the BBQ park we met Ryan and his family on the road. Caravaned to the spot. Was a really nice spot. Great river view. Would have made for some good pictures (hint hint).
Thanks to Ryan's mom for the burgers, hotdogs, drinks, chips, cookies and cake! mmmm
So Derek...how'd your adventure end up??
I realized when I got home why I couldn't find any of the Tampa crew to help. They were all at a DIY Hood Venting session. You guys probably could have gone there, to get tools and a hand. Sorry...didn't see that in the Tampa forum until around 7pm or so.
And what is the story behind this exhaust? What is it? Whose is it...yours or Jeremy's?
