Joint Meet.....Not that kind :) April 5th
#41
Alright I have a quote from woody's they want 220 for 30 people that is everything choice of 2 meats, 2 sides, a roll and drinks non carbonated.
here is the menu for them. There are further options if we want to on the menu but i think the simplier the better.
Also i like the idea of a hanna park meet. sounds like a good time and if we did it on a saturday then everyone could go.

That is not bad...like 10 bucks a person!
The only problem with a Saturday is that most of us work till the evening. If one does a sunday meet then we can spend the whole day driving and eating. It would be perfect. Since the meet is April 5th it gives time for those who work sunday time to get the day off.

So this will show my ignorance with jacksonville but do we need to reserve hanna park or reserve anything like that. I know in back home the really popular parks there where reservations for the covered park areas. does anybody know?

^ technically it is 7.33 a person but whose counting?
We are doing braclets....buy a braclet or don't eat.
10 Bucks a braclet no exceptions. I would also like to see if Woody's could indiviually box each meal. That way we dont have to watch how much food everyone takes
