Default mechanical over-rev

Hellur! My ap1 is misfiring due to a mechanical over-rev. I've had a leak down test done and cylinder 1 is leaking intake and 4 is leaking both exhaust and intake.

I'm pretty lost when it comes to anything other than bolt-ons. Just wondering if there were any knowledgeable local members that could replace the bent valves for some cash rather than me taking it to a local shop.

Do you have a garage? I can do the job, I just don't have the space at my place to store another vehicle. Between removal, ordering parts, having a machine shop re-work the head and reinstall, it will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. If you had a complete head to do a swap, I could have it done in 1-2 days.

I can tell you who to not go with for this type of work (it isn't dc2-2-ap1 by the way). PM me if you want.

If you rotated the engine fast enough to bend both intake and exhaust valves you may have issues with your pistons, but you won't know until you pull the head. Good luck.

I'll vouch for Dc2 as well. If you need it done like asap, Dustin can do it. Honda master chef as well. lol! That's what the techs are called in Germany. lol! Did mine in 2 days. Had the homie Oscar at Orange Park Cylinder Heads squeeze me in as well. Also upgraded springs and retainers as well. If your interested, shoot me a message.

Sorry for the slow response and i do appreciate all of the replies. I haven't done anything yet to the car as the trade i made for the car has cleaned me out of savings. To tell you the truth i have no idea what to do. I'd like the cheapest, quickest way possible (who wouldn't). One option is to have a friend that can swap a used head for me at no charge i just have to find a head, Or pull the head and replace the valves. I'll seriously take any advice haha.

Head has to come off anyways. Pull the head and asses the damage. If the head is good, replace the valves, seals, guides, keepers and retainers associated with any valve that made contact. If the head is damaged, source a head.
