I use the Modifry bracket. then buy a "belt clip case" that you like. I cut off the belt clip part off the back side. then mount it to the bracket.

Here are the ones that I use. I have one for running the phone naked. and another one that accepts a small case.

I am running:
-Panavise radio bracket
http://www.modifry.com/index.php?rou...product_id=105
-Panavise offset tipper
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000TY...+offset+tipper
-Panavise phone holder

I really like this setup. It angles the phone to where it is easy to see for navigation purposes. It does not shake a whole lot, and that is with Hardrace motor mounts and innovative 75a transmission mount. I will have a better review in a few days since I removed the transmission mount. The offset tipper moved it away from the radio door. It will open and close with no interference. So far I haven't had any issue with a passenger hitting it with their leg.

I also use the modifry bracket and universal holder but it's only holding a ipod touch that weighs nothing.
