That looks like Caesar's. I believe he removed the front support bar to fit his old turbo kit. No front support bar plus pulls with a turbo may have tweaked the frame a little. A few people who have done this mod have grown to regret it. His attitude, personality and build quality are all highly questionable.
Ad says $8k, where are you getting 5.5k? I would advise against doing any business with him.

It is Ceasers. I haven't looked at it yet but he is selling on FB for 5500. I will definitely stay away from it. Thanks for the info Josh.

This. Unless you planned to track/project the car, you could get one cleaner for the same price with a salvage title.

Custom =/= value. Good luck parting with 18x15 -10 three piece wheels lol. Or those fenders, that bumper, pretty much anything there.
