The adjuster explained it just like that, if your insurance handles the claim and/or acts likes a middle man for your claim they will take that into consideration when you renew your insurance which can result in a rate increase even though you were not at fault. She did explain that florida legislation is changing some of these loop holes and crap that the insurance companies pull, florida is one of the worst states when it comes to home and auto insurance, so this may have changed or will be changing.

The other thing is decreased value, this is one of the "if you dont ask they dont tell" the accident is in the cars history report resulting in decreased value of your car. The insurance company will pay you the difference of the decreased value of the car, it is the law, but if you do not ask and file for it they will not give it.

From what i understand its common practice, the advice the adjuster gave my cousin was to question everything. I dont know what company he uses but he asked them and they yes, even if it was not his fault the premium will go up a few bucks if they handle the claim even though the other company was paying it off.

I guess I'll have to call my claims department about this on Monday as working in insurance I have not heard of this.

Now back to the purpose of the thread. Where are new pictures?

Sold my wheels finally so got my new ones in and yet again, testing fitment for tire sizing, body work, etc

These are all with a 245/35 front and 285/30 rear and this is with rear camber being around -3.4 to -3.8 i think is what i set it too on my last set up. I will probably pull some out in rear as i don't need that much for clearance. The front right now is between -1 and -1.8 i think is all i needed to fit my last setup. Either way these will be changed but just as a point of reference. My rear fenders are already rolled but no pull, and fronts are ghetto pulled by yours truly so thats why they may look a little "off" lol
