Yeah ^ especially since your hardtop has a much bigger surface area to cover.. It is going to creek an squeak more.

 

You might just need to tighten it more. You get hardtop strickers for the fronts? What rear brackets are you using? Sounds like you just need to adjust it and tighten it down better.

Josh I had the front smoothed, I didn't want anything in the front, I'll have to do the same thing for the back too.

@ Derek, I'm using the OEM soft top latches and just the hardware they sent me whenever I bought the top.

 

Last pic before I took off the wheels to refinish. They should be done today.
