Default zbrewha863's car got smashed

So I was at Sneakers on Baymeadows last night for a law school social, I got there around 11:30. I came out around 1:15 to find that someone had t-boned the passenger side of my car crazy hard. They actually pushed the car up onto the curb on the other side, so they either slammed into it really hard, or just kept going once they hit it.

I'm sure alcohol was involved.

They smashed the passenger's side fender and door, and I think the front bumper is messed up as well. The door only opens about a foot, but the window & handle mechanisms and everything still work fine. It also messed up the driver's side fender & that side of the front bumper where it pushed the car up onto the curb. The car is still driveable, remarkably, but the fender liner does rub against the tire over bumps or at full lock.

Allstate said it is a no-fault accident for me, whatever that means, I'm pretty sure my insurance will still go up. I have to wait until Monday to get the adjuster to look at it, so until then I'm just going to wallow in self pity.

That's crazy, my manager saw your car, but he said it was wrapped around a light pole. Whatever, I'm sure he was under the influence. That really sucks though, dude, I'm sorry to hear. Hopefully your insurance doesn't go up too much. And at least you are ok!
