no, Carbing did not steal the same design as Cusco/Safety21.
Although it does look similar out of the box comparing 4pt roll bars. Every roll cage manufacturer has their own design in Japan nobody copies anyone. The Mugen 4pt is different than the Cusco/Safety21 which is different than the Carbing/Okuyama.
