Default AC compressor removal

I don't want to buy the J's or Mugen Accesory belts that delete the AC compressor. Does anyone know the length so I can head down to the auto parts store and get my AC compressor removed?

For your info everything else in the AC system is already gone. So no "keep your AC" lectures please. This S is evolving into a strict race car...

45 1/8" or 45 1/2", either one will work. I'm running a 45 1/8" but it was a struggle to get it on.

took exactly what you had here to my local napa store,

ended up with 45 5/8, they had th 45 1/8 but no 45 1/2, so i went big with the possibility of a return,
