I'm not saying dry carbon isn't amazing, but I'd contemplate murder for a real FRP version

Yeah imagine if a JDM company made a rep version of this hood. Then it could be enjoyed by the masses.

I wouldn't want a replica if I could help it in any way. I just wish Amuse would offer the same hood in a different material. Not that it matters at all, since I highly doubt they ever will. I'll just have to admire it from a distance, and maybe one day I'll be able to get one secondhand or something.

The hood has much more clearance that the stock hood and probably pretty much any other hood that has framework.
