does asm make the rear over fender extension? like shine does? or do they only make the regular over fender?

No extensions but they make a rear bumper that has them built in.

Im not feeling the bumper. how do people move the bumper to make it look like it lines up

one can relocate the rear self tapping screw to deflect the oem bumper to match.
IMHO it doesn't flow. 08 wide is the way to go or even shine extenders.
