I am possibly buying an ASM 04 rear bumper. The owner claims it's authentic but he said it doesn't have any markings. Do any of you know if the ASM 04 rear bumper does in fact have any stamp of some kind? Thanks

my authentic 04 bumper doesn't have any markings either. But you should be able to tell from the quality of the bumper and carbon. The carbon should be a 1x1 weave that is a single layer thick. if in doubt, get some detailed pics and post up here.

If the owner of the bumper sees this and wants the pictures taken down please let me know.

Guys here are the pictures from his f/s thread. Let me know if you guys think it's authentic. Thanks!

Hmmm, hard to see if it has the slots along the sides and rear upper section (where the bumper clips in under the tail lights and quarter panel). Pretty sure the authentic has these. I could be wrong though, just an observation.

Beautiful bumper though, my all-time favorite.

Yeah this is my all time favorite also. If it is indeed authentic I will be buying this as well as an ASM 04 front

Well honestly I wouldn't mind switching the bumpers out. It's easy for me. No biggie lol I've always wanted these bumpers!
