Does anyone know of someone that works at ASM or know if a request can be sent to them?

Now that their ignition coil cover is being produced with a correct carbon fiber weave layout via compression molding, can't the rear spoiler be also produced in the same manner? I went through 2 rear spoilers hoping to have a correct layout(for a partial exposed carbon) but gave up and ended up painting the whole thing.

What do you mean by a correct weave?

A single piece of fabric was not used on the visible side. Both edges have two small sections butted up against the center piece. I'll try to dig up pictures to clarify what i mean

Can definitely send request to them unless there's a manufacturing reason for the difference in weave. Maybe structural reasons? They're definitely open to requests as for a while that carbon trunk + wing setup was a request item.

I don't think that will ever happen. They will probably only use it for small, hard to make by hand parts only. ASM wouldn't even allow a special order of their CFRP hood and other parts in 2x2 weave, when I asked.
