toshi's car is gorgeous
One of our regular star customer has come to ASM again for an alignment. After installing all kinds of parts, making the body and frame like car no.1 and doing the engine I think there isn’t any other customer car like this, even for a shop demo car I think there is only ASM and TOP FUEL which has the same level. Once in a while he comes in for an alignment for set up and data.
When he came last time I told him that he will be able to run Fuji with the time of middle of 1min 55sec. But I think more to 54sec. He still doesn’t have the center, rear diffusers installed, and a fresh ADVAN A050 tires as a weapon. Plus his car is 100kg more then our car no.1. With our car no.1 using the POTENZA RE-11, we manage to run it 1min57, 18sec. Which it should go for 56sec with the current spec. A second slower and this will be our topic of how to get this back.

Toshi and I were having coffee while Kanayama was typing up that post in the blog

Speaking of Toshi....anyone got any additional info on the Ohlins that he more or less helped to develop?

I believe the ones pictured are the Ohlins DFV which, as Rob stated, are "off the shelf" ohlins available for the S2000. I've seen one other set of custom ohlins on an S2000 and I must say, they are breathtakingly gorgeous

here you go steve
