Default Calling all Endless Owners

Yes I know the calipers are huge. But I want them. Can the guys who do and/or have run these post what size wheels you ran in the front? I don't want to have to put new fenders on and use huge spacers becuase I feel that it will ruin the cars balance. Unless I space all four wheels equally. kinda pointless though. Everyone has brembos, wilwood sucks, and project mus are ugly . Stock brakes can't take the first 5 miles of the windy mtn road I take to work without fade so they have to go.

thanks,
alex

Wow. My OEM brakes were fine . I bought these upgrades because I got half off with sponsorship deals and such and couldnt pass up the deals..

Anyway here are a few wheels you can run. I would highly recommend getting wider fenders because the wheels that I am going to list will work fine at OEM height (may look odd), but not so much when dumped, 2.5 inches or more.

18x8 +43 with no spacer Work Meister S1 3 piece
18x7.5 +37 with no spacer Work Meister S1 3 piece
17x7.5 +43 with 5mm spacer Weds Sports SA90s
17x7.5 +45 with 6mm spacer Black Racing Pro N1

IMO Endless is one of the best out there.. Since your on the track of getting a BBK that not too many have, you may want to look at these brands too...
Also keep in mind Endless is not cheap. Your looking at least at $3500 for the kit alone without installation.. You may want to go a cheaper route...Just food for thought..

Winmax $4000+
Alcon $2500+
J's Racing $4200+

Last but not least I got rid of my Endless BBK because I wanted more of a wheel selection so I went back to my Spoons... Now I have more wheel choices and dont have to dip into the +30s in a 17 inch application..

The alcon and the J's I have considered. I can't find any J's caliper clearance data though. The alcons I have not looked into yet. I will never have my car lower than 1.5inchs below stock. -1.25 camber in the front.

The road to my dealership has 10 or 12 straight plenty long enough to hit 100++ with the turns coming off the straight anywhere from 35-60. The oems just won't take 5miles of that let alone the 15 the road is long.

that JsAp1.

if i get wider fenders for those wheels how bad off is the balance going to be. I mean the true relationship that the front and rear contact patches have from the factory.??

J's Racing calipers are the exact same as Endless minus the badging.. Thats it. So same info/data for the Js. Infact they are made at the same place... Alcon are smaller yet a little bigger than the Spoons.. I was about to buy these a couple months ago but just went Spoon because of less wait/lag time..

Yup, the J's and Amuse R1 calipers are the same. I'm not sure of the rotor size.

JsAP1, where have you found Winmax? I only saw the 4 pot caliper on one car in HyperRev 74. I couldn't find anything about their calipers when I glanced at their Japanese website. I'd like it more as a just in case, cuz Mackin/Project Mu just gave me a sponsorship deal.

I got a quote for the 4 pot 2 pad fronts only from the California distributor for them. He told me 4 months ago a quoted price of $2499 +shipping...

Spoke with Kent and Rishie and right now there are no plans for a rear caliper for the AP1/AP2.
