installation is not bad, just takes some time to get everything out of the car and get the bar where you want it. I spent 4-6 hours installing the bar by myselftaking my time.

That depends. If you actually track your car and the tracks or organizations that rent the tracks allow the bar to pass their tech inspections, then yes, it is the least invasive bar to allow you to track.

If you're doing it for true roll protection, most would say, "No." If you're doing it for looks, I would say, "No" to the Cusco blue unless your car is GPW, and "Yes" if you had the Safety21 version(black).

Again, from a true safety standpoint, not really.

I wrote up a lengthy installation (link in my sig). It's just one of the methods for installation...there are other ways as mentioned. Maybe it'll give you an idea if you want to tackle the job or not.

Im 6'2 and I have the 4pt w/ harness bar in my car, The top of my knees sat flush with the underside of the dash until I put my corbeau forza non reclinables in, Now I sit literally 2-3 inches lower, These rails allow you to practically sit on the floor. The top of my head doesnt even stick above the factory roll hoops anymore. Drilling the rear holes is do-able but NOT very fun. Top half way down makes for a fun install. lol.

huntington?? i've never seen u around at metro meets, usually in farmingdale off rt110

i got my bar from a member, he bought it for his 07 thinking it would fit, but turns out the 07 has a totally different floor design on the pass side so it doesnt fit, so he sold it to me brand new in box for $500, i guess that covers price of the part plus shipping

I got mine from Fizz autosports on northern blvd, I think the 4 point cage without harness bar, retails for like $480 plus shipping, shipping is where it gets expensive cuz its such an odd size and is big. The one with harness bar is like $140 more, which i believe comes out to like $620 plus shipping, but i dont think you would want the one with the harness bar because it eliminates the secret compartment and you lose extra reclining space.
