ASM used Zircotec to plasma ceramic coat their header/ Exhaust for #1 and #2 cars. Zircotec is located in the UK so you can ship your part to them.

There was a time i was going to go through this process with my exhaust until i decided i am going to swap to a Amuse exhaust. Now i will only be sending my header to them for that clean white color.

Swain tech is another option, very similar to ZIrcotec and is located in New York.

i have a friend that powdercoats so i went with since hes local. Just went with a silver ceramic coating

Am I understanding things correctly? Neither of these headers match what I thought was the ideal pairing which would be 1-3 and 4-2 which is the order of firing. Or is this a function of physical space for the header? Or, like lots of things, I just don't understand?

I heard the ballade is a copy of the hytech header. Is this accurate?

yes these are facts difference is the ballade header isnt as long as the hytech.
