See this is interesting, and the type of information I was looking for. Most people ( on here and my friends ) have recommended going with the R1. I was concerned about the life of the piece, it does have a great look though.
Example to illustrate this point: Last year I hit a racoon. My OE bumper would have been fine, but it busted up my Amuse bumper pretty good.

Mugen SS is the only 100% fitment bumper on the market. It looks good and provides downforce.

Honestly though, everyone is right when they said Amuse R1. Its the most stock looking bumper, but some of them just fit like crap I hear.
yeah more opinions please on fitment, not just listed bumpers...i too have heard of multiple cases where the amuse R1 bumper needed body shop modification to fit nicely. I was all about FG bumpers on my integra, but im changing that on the s2000....nothing fits like oem urethane!

Well unfortunately the insurance quote came back much lower than I thought, so I will be going with the OEM - which is not necessarily a bad thing. I thought this was extremely informative though, thanks to everyone who posted.

I will revisit this again, when I have more liquid funds available. IMHO, I think the ASM is the way to go.
