We had a connection issue with a previous emanage unit where it wouldn't connect to the laptop. Now we have a brand new replacement unit and we are having the same issue. We've tried different cables, two laptops and all that business. Any ideas for help or anyone have similar issues?

Did you update the USB software drivers?

check more then just USB drivers.

Make sure the Version numbers on the Laptop and the ULT are the same.

The units will not talk unless they are identical.
If they are not identical you need to update the ULT unit with the software version that is on your laptop.
