just to let you guys know. at least on a restrictive log setup. i gained no power from switching out my ap2 cam for an ap1! I went back for a retune and i put my ap2 cam back in! Torque was basically the same, and power to redline didnt change. Even to 9k! WHen i put the ap2 back in i also got 3-4mpg increase in cruising! So thats a perk!

John gets it. Spend the first 2 minutes talking with him and you'll know why. Outside the engine is certainly not as complicated as inside.
Only way to explain this is an equalateral triangle represents the engine stock. Add one shorter or longer side to the triangle and you get a right, isosceles, obtuse, etc.
All parts must be balanced. John will only sell the 1 side, if you buy the other 2. Very simple.
Which presents one very good question....
If you bought cams from the other guys + the other 2 sides would you make a better triangle than John's?
