impor nav?

Default impor nav?
please help me sort out my nav? the screen dont even turn on? does anyone know how to remove the screen or anywhere or anyone who can sort it in the uk?

Is it a factory nav system? If so then the only suggestion I could make would be a dealer - or a high-end stereo/audio store
