what is the shorter length in the air horns that you run?the shorter means more power and the bigger lenght means more tourge???

What are the guys with ITBs doing as far as getting an inspection? I'm NY, and I have to do it annually. I have a standalone(Haltech PS1000) I usually swap for the oem ecu before I go get it done. I just have I/H/TP/E, any tips or ideas? I can't imagine I could take out the stand alone and drive to my inspection with ITBs and stock ecu, hah.
