i called aj-racing a couple weeks ago about what they would recommend on the next upgrade, and they said the spoon stroker kit would be great, didn;t really talk to much about the j's kit

call a&j and talk to dickson, he is more than willing to help and is very knowledgable

Ok first for clarification purposes you have a 2.0L engine right? I saw that you have a 2006 and wasn't sure if you had a 2.0 or 2.2 ... since J's and Spoon both make 2.2L stroker kits, I thought that it would be pointless if you had a 2.2 already so sorry if this sounds like a retarded question

Question 2, do you have drive-by-wire throttle? I'm assuming that you would, in which case you would have to get a stand-alone EMS like AEM or Motec, there are a few options for good stand-alone engine management systems. If you have a 2.0L without the different systems included with 2006-up S2000s in the USA (drive-by-wire throttle and the different ignition coils) I think you *might* be able to run a J's 2.2L ECU with their stroker kit, I would talk to J's to be sure though.

Oh, and good luck!

zbrewha863 : Hi, I have a UDM car so we are still on 2.0L
A stroker kit here is about 5000$ for the cheap once.
And compere to a A'J header in performance /$ the stroker kit became alot bang 4 the buck.
Where is the best dealer to buy SPL Ecu from?
Have to mail A'J and talk about this.

Although not JDM, I'd definetly recommend Inline Pro as they are proving to be very reliable and willing to help. They speak English too, so for us Americans, it's easy to explain what we want.

I dont think HP drops, do to higher comp than org, so if i see this in my prespctive its a win win. More torque and more HP.
