if performance is what you're looking for... i'd pick the J's over the toda.... but if you're looking for overall looks... the toda.. (only cause it's dual..)

^^Great response, thanks very much.

Are you saying that the Toda (dual) is louder than the J's 60RS (single)?

So what was the order of the 4 exhausts you had on your AP2?

1._____

2._____

3._____

4. Toda
Sorry, I haven't been online in a little while.

Ya, the Toda is just a little louder than the J's 60RR (but I have an intake and my boy with the J's just has a drop in filter, I dont think thats why its louder though)

Here is the order of the exhausts:

1. JIC Ti single (resonator broke during the first week)
2. Exchanged for another JIC Ti had the same issue after a couple of weeks
3. Invidia which was the loudest of the 4 and in the OC area it was a ticket waiting to happen. was quieter with the silencers, but power was compromised with them in.
4.Toda and I have 0 complaints

If you are ever down in OC (Huntington Beach, Irvine, etc.. area) let me know and I will meet up and you can check it out.

Thanks John for the info and the offer. I've just about made up my mind, just waiting on a shipment to come in.

don't want to create a new thread because my problem is quite similar. I was offered Toda dual and T1r 63mm Sparrow for practically the same price. There's not a lot of info about Toda exhaust and i like Sparrow's sound better, that's why i'm torn.
Any thoughts?

hahaha... don't know much about Toda. I'd actually get Evasives 70 next, more power and just as quiet.

I am having the same dilemma too deciding between

J's 60 RS
T1R EM-Special Edition 70mm SS

J's:

Pros:
60mm
Lighter by 10lbs
Not too loud

Cons:
Resonator might end up rattling
Not sure on performance vs 70mm

T1R EM-Special Edition SS:

Pros:
Not too loud
Should not rattle (resonator)
Cheaper than J's

Cons:
10lbs heavier than J's
Not sure if 70mm is the best application for I/H/E/Tune setup

This is where I am stuck right now, decisions...
