I agree Problem is solved so big thanks to moparacker also 1 of the main reasons was when I installed my J'S catch tank my friend forgot to hook the Vtec switch by the Vtec Solenoid back up. Or maybe he did but just did not snap it in all the way because i had one of my buddies at Acura pull the codes from the car because the check engine light was still on. and said the only reason the code that he got was either i overevved or misshift which i didn't and he said well it says there's no Vtec. Asked if we plugged everything back in when we swapped out the valve cover and i was pretty sure we did. Sure enough looked at the switch and he was like nope. But now it's back up and car is running better than it was before so i'll keep my fingers crossed just in case for the next few times i drive it.

Also on a side note the day after 1 of my hoses that came with the catch tank collapsed. Heard some weird humming noise coming from the frt of the car when at a stop light pulled into gas station popped the hood and it was squezed together. I was like WTF you figure a company that races the S for a living would use stuff that is durable and gonna withstand the rigors of hard driving. I was just driving normal just because i just got it running right. I ended up just going to Home Depot and buying newer hoses definetly alot more durable and seem to be better quality. J's hoses can squeeze together with minimal effort would be curious to what the psi rating is on those. The ones i ended up getting are rated at 250 or 300 psi. I'll probably end up getting some stainless line from Earl's. But 1st my Next project will be the instalation of my new bling bling ARC radiator .

WOW this thread has turned extrememly immature and off topic fast chill out guys.

I probably should have just posted this in UTH and just asked for help. I Posted this in the JDM forum because i was looking for help from some fellow JDM enthusiasts and there seems to be quite a few on this forum who take there passion for the JDM style of tuning seriosly.

To answer J'Sap1 question. I bought them because i like them. Wanted a catch can went with J's because it's designed to fit flush with the fender were the cruise control is. And seeing as i don't use cruise control anymore because i swapped out my factory steering wheel for the Spoon one made sense to go with the J'S while GReddy,Cusco would fit tthere the J'S just looks like it was meant to be there.. The cover i bought becuse i was just tired of seeing red valve cover on my TYPE R red and on S red after seeing red for like 7 years decided to change the look.

When I posted my first comment, it was nothing personal. I just thought it would be better for you to take it to a shop and pay 20 bucks to get it over with than risking the chance of installing the thing wrong.

I am not a DIY guy myself, and for couple times I actually damaged my parts while trying to put them on myself. So basically i was suggesting you to take it to a shop if you are NOT a DIY guy like me.

I will leave it to you guys, I will not participate in this thread any further.

Thanks JsAP1 apprecate it means alot coming from one of my favorite looking AP's out there.

No hard feelings Xplosiv

I like to try and do as much as i can myself as there is a better feeling of satisfaction when you do something on your own and had help from friends.
