I have a spoon front and I'm looking for fenders. I would love to get spoon fenders but don't want to wait forever to receive them. Js fenders are available but would they line up right with my spoon front with out using those extensions?

 

Spoon fenders are 20mm wider where J's fenders are 40mm wide

Also J's original fender extensions for front bumper is huge when you compare it to ASM's or Spoon's small extension

I guess you gone need some custom work to line up the J's fenders.

BTW Spoon front + ASM fender combo gone have more smooth lines, you know J's body has got straight cuts, sharp edges where ASM and Spoon has got curves.

If I were you I will definitely wait for Spoon fenders, I also found this;

I've always thought the J's fenders would match up better with the Spoon rear over fenders + Spoon rear bumper than with the Spoon fenders, but not sure how the Spoon front bumper would match up because as drahte said the Spoon front bumper has smooth flowing lines opposed to the sharp straight lines of J's. The Spoon rear-end though has the sharp straight lines so I think would match up better.


Anyway, TRY IT! Has potential to look sickk!

 

Sorry fellas I bit the bullet and ordered the spoon front fenders and rear fenders. No one has em in stock so it was a special order does anybody know how long it will take for them to arrive??

 

Cool now I can run that set up
