Nah, I've seen them put down 218, as much as mine with the mods, I'm still untuned so I should be 225 tuned, factoring in the same gains we got when I tuned it the first time.

The header,tp, and exhaust all work together. J's seems like a good part (pricey lol) but a TP and exhaust should def give you some real nice gains mid with lowering VTEC, correcting AFRs, and maybe a few degrees of timing. F pro is awesome BTW
