can you fit the stock cat heatshield over i?? I think there was one that allowed this, but I don't remember which test pipe it was.

the T1R test pipe has the mountings for the stock heatshield...its the testpipe that I own now.

The only thing I did not like about it was the krazy price tag.
I contemplated getting that pipe, but couldn't justify spending over $500 for something I won't be using for very long.

I dropped my car off on March 25th and the test pipe, along with my Toda exhaust manifold will be installed on March 28th.

That's a 63mm test pipe...I have T1r 70mm exhaust and the test pipe does not have the bracket. But i was still able to put stock cat heat shield around the t1r 70mm testpipe.

For those running a test pipe, are you using the stock CAT heatshield? I am thinking about leaving mine off when the pipe is installed.

I'm running with the stock heatshield on, just in case. I do, after all, live in the little brother of california (NJ) and it is strict over here.
