Arrow J's system vs supercharger

im ready to buy the comptech blower, now I'm having second thuoghts...
I was ORIGINALLY going to get the j's racing header, test pipe and j's 60RS exhaust along wtih a 4.77 Final Drive.
Now i sent the final drive back and am going wtih the 4.56 new final drive(for durability) and comptech charger.
I found out the charger does not work well with the final drive because you will need the longer gears(stock) to maximize the load for the charger.
I want to use this car more for road racing, the comptech is very peaky and makes noticable power only after 6000+rpm
I'm guessing on a track and even on a straight a 4.77 or 4.56 gear with the J's entire exhaust system will be almost comparable with the supercharger
the reason i was going with the comptech was because it makes a lot more power for the money compared to the j's header and exhaust(cost wise)
Now since i can't use the final drive with the comptech I'm stuck...
In case you say I should go with the N/A package, which final drive should I go with. If I get the charger should i not install a final drive at all? help me out.
Thanks

Good luck..

i WANT the best track performance
just not sure if its thru NA or thru the blower
the J's system with the agrresive FD is very well balanced
while the blower just puts out massive power but only at higher RPM

Why not take your car to the track in stock fashion first to get a baseline and to see how you and your car perform first instead of jumping into the mod game? Just food for thought. You will be surprised at how little or no modding you will need. Try some new pads/fluid/and good rubber and you should do really well.

But if you have done that already and want more then I would buy the cheaper of the 2 setups listed and test it out. If you dont like it or its not enough for your blood then sell and try the other. That way you can experience both and you can decide for yourself!

Don't you keep your car at high RPMs while your on the track?? I say go with the blower as a header and exhaust can't compare in terms of power. I know quite a few people that have gone with gears and have a sc and have no complaints though . I would say go with the blower, yes it will only make boost above 5500-6K but its not like you have any real power below that rpm stock anyway. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with whatever you go with.

The catch is that if you go with an SC you will want all the associated airflow products which means that you are eventually looking at much much more money than NA alone.

There are quite a few people on S2KI that run a higher final drive and a s/c with good results.

j'sap1...i consider myself a moderate-well experienced driver
I know very well waht this car is capable of. thats why i got nothing but a lot of handling mods right now and its completely fine I wanna catch up to the really quick cars. just looking for some more kick, on my type R(didnt have it for too long) and E46 ///M(BONE STOCK) i never really had an urge to get more power mods are expensive and give you almost no gains unless you go forced induction which is what i want to try for the first time on this car.
I really learned a lot and picked up some skill driving my previous cars bone stock.
I know you guys are thinking...This KID cant drive for shit LOL
i appreciate your inputs guys.
Thanks
