J's system vs supercharger
i realized i didnt get such a great suspension set up until i had everything installed at once LOL it was almost a waste of money
Motons are crazy expensive arent they? teins were only 1260 and seemed to be a decent improvement over stock plus i dont even have any hp mods right now so it matched my car

only tein's i'd get is the N1's or the Circuit Master Super Race

r-compounds are good for around 14-18kg/mm. anything under that you can use street tires...
EDIT: i took out the entire bottom portion of my reply because i just realized this wasn't a thread about suspensions... my bad...
blower, J's header, J's 70RR. thats what im talkin about. and make sure you do a sick clutch BEFORE you install the blower. get a nice one, spec stage 3, any nice stage 3 with not to agressive of a disk. later dave
well I got the J's exhaust and test pipe yesterday I'm going to do this piece by piece so I can slowly see the changes instead of splurlging all at once like i did on my suspension lol

You'll find the SC a blast at some road courses and a drag at others. If the track is "highly technical" without many long straight aways you may prefer an NA car.
Also, depending on how much you track the car I'd take reliability into consideration. The SC really kicks in when you're in VTEC. When I'm on the track, I'm almost always in VTEC.... not sure how the motor would hold up under those conditions.
Finally, the SC really only gives you an advantage on the straight. If you want to be faster in the corners, brakes and suspension are where to start (in terms of mods anyway).
Just some stuff to think about.

I have gone through the same mental gymnastics that you are going through right now. Over the last 2 years I have seen 2 SCs that resulted in alot of headaches and $$ and none of them ever touched a racetrack. my advice: lighten your car as much as possible. take most of the stuff you have put on it off and go w/ a light weight H/E and some Hoosiers and a lot of seat time. You will become a better driver, you will save alot of $$ and and you will have a reliable car.
